Mr. Hsia is a founder of ETP and Energy Trust. At ETP, Mr. Hsia is responsible for originating and structuring new transactions, participating in the ongoing oversight of portfolio investments, including serving on the boards of portfolio companies, as well as the overall management of ETP.
Mr. Hsia has 30 years of energy investment and financing experience, having been responsible for originating and managing direct oil and gas investments on behalf of Energy Trust's separate account clients since 1983. Prior to co-founding Energy Trust, Mr. Hsia performed the same functions for the Oil & Gas Investment Group at UBS Asset Management (New York) Inc. and at its predecessor, Chase Investors Management Corporation. Mr. Hsia began his career in oil and gas finance at Chemical Bank in 1978.
Mr. Hsia has a Bachelor of Science degree from National Chung Hsing University, a Master of Science degree from the University of Iowa, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. White is a founder of ETP and Energy Spectrum. At ETP, Mr. White is responsible for originating and structuring new transactions, participating in the ongoing oversight of portfolio investments, including serving on the boards of portfolio companies, as well as the overall management of ETP.
Mr. White has over 34 years of investment banking, commercial banking and private equity experience primarily in the oil and gas industry. This experience includes private placement and project financings, mergers and acquisitions, financial recapitalizations and strategic divestitures. Prior to Energy Spectrum, Mr. White served for 10 years as a Managing Director at R. Reid Investments Inc. and 13 years as a Senior Vice President with InterFirst Bank Dallas.
Mr. White received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and his Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Swearingen is a founder of ETP and Energy Trust. At ETP, Mr. Swearingen's responsibilities include originating and executing new transactions and participating in the ongoing oversight of portfolio investments.
Mr. Swearingen has been responsible for managing direct oil and gas investments on behalf of Energy Trust's separate account clients. Prior to co-founding Energy Trust, he performed the same functions for the Oil & Gas Investment Group at UBS Asset Management (New York) Inc. Mr. Swearingen, a Chartered Financial Analyst, began his industry career in 1984 at a Norwegian seismic company, and worked for several years in the private placement group of MetLife.
Mr. Swearingen has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Wells joined the ETP team in 2007. Mr. Wells provides technical expertise in evaluating new investment opportunities and monitoring existing investments.
Prior to joining ETP and Energy Spectrum Advisors in 2006, Mr. Wells was a petroleum engineering consultant with Netherland, Sewell and Associates, Inc., in Dallas for 16 years. His work included project coordination, oil and gas property evaluations, reserves estimates, reservoir analyses, property sales packages, acquisition evaluations, fair market value determinations, geological studies, and secondary and tertiary recovery studies. He also worked for five years as a reservoir engineer for Exxon Company U.S.A.
Mr. Wells is a graduate of Texas A&I University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Gas Engineering. He is a registered Professional Petroleum Engineer, State of Texas, and a member of the SPE.

Mr. Miller joined the ETP team in 2007. Mr. Miller's responsibilities include originating and executing new transactions as well as participating in the oversight of ongoing portfolio investments, including serving on the board of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining ETP, Mr. Miller spent four years at Energy Spectrum Advisors Inc., where his experience included executing a wide range of oil and gas acquisition and divestiture transactions as well as private placement assignments. Mr. Miller began his career with Wells Fargo Bank in Houston, where he served as an analyst in the energy lending group and worked on A&D advisory assignments.
Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University and also attended Washington & Lee University.

Mr. Matthaei joined the ETP team in 2005. Mr. Matthaei assists with business development efforts, evaluation of potential investments, monitoring of portfolio investments and the energy market, and preparation of reporting materials.
Mr. Matthaei began his career in 1997 as a financial analyst for the investment banking division of Salomon Brothers Inc, where he worked in the energy group and on the equity capital markets desk. Subsequently, he worked for the Oil & Gas Division of the International Finance Corporation, the private sector finance arm of the World Bank Group.
Mr. Matthaei has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Prior to joining Energy Spectrum Advisors in March 2009, Mr. Cummings was an Engineering Assistant at Cawley, Gillespie & Associates for 3 years. His work included oil and gas property evaluations, reserves estimates, fair market value determinations and database conversions for oil and gas databases. Mr. Cummings is a graduate of the University of Texas in Arlington with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University.
